Rubber Bullets is a passive item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a luck-based chance to fire rubber bullets that apply a bruising effect to enemies for 2 seconds.

Bruised enemies receive +1 damage from any source when hit. This can be stacked up to 5 times for a total of +5 damage per hit.

The bullet tear itself does not deal extra damage, but is fired with a 50% higher velocity.

The chance to fire a rubber bullet scales with luck, using the formula random(0, 1) × 25 <= min(12.5, LuckStat × 0.75). It starts at 25% with 0 luck, and goes up to 50% with 12.5 luck.
